Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellation Window

Clients may cancel their testing service request prior to the physical commencement of optical, spectroscopic, or microscopic examination. Once specimen diagnostic procedures have begun or a digital reference entry has been created in the laboratory registry, testing fees are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility & Criteria

Refunds will be processed strictly in cases where:

• A duplicate payment was charged due to an electronic gateway error.
• The laboratory is unable to perform testing due to unforeseen technical constraints or specimen fragility.
• A cancellation request was submitted and confirmed in writing before diagnostic intake.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source method (Bank Account / UPI / Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days following written confirmation by our accounts desk.
